The name of this promotion is “Complete Your Survey and Win a $250 Visa Gift Card (WA)”.
The Promoter is La Vida Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 645 789 993) trading as La Vida Homes (BC 103744) of 142 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA 6017 (“Promoter”). This is a game of chance where one (1) eligible entrant will win one (1) $250 Visa Gift Card each calendar month during the Promotion Period. Simply complete an eligible customer survey and your completed survey will automatically be entered into the applicable monthly prize draw.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The promotion commences at 12:00am AWST on 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 30 June 2027 (“Promotion Period”). Eligible completed surveys received between 12:00am AWST on the first day of each calendar month and 11:59pm AWST on the last day of that calendar month will automatically be entered into that month’s prize draw. Completed surveys received after the monthly closing time will automatically be entered into the following month’s prize draw, provided they are received before the end of the Promotion Period.
1.2 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who are current customers of the Promoter and who receive and complete an eligible survey during the Promotion Period.
1.3 Eligible surveys include:
- Admin Complete
- Brickwork Complete
- Key Handover
- Maintenance
1.4 A completed survey is defined as a survey submission where both the Net Promoter Score (NPS) question and the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) question have been answered and scored.
1.5 Eligible participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable monthly prize draw for each eligible completed survey received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.
1.6 Participants may receive multiple entries throughout the Promotion Period by completing eligible surveys at different stages of their customer journey. Each eligible completed survey will receive one (1) entry into the applicable monthly prize draw. Participants may also receive multiple entries within the same calendar month where more than one eligible survey is completed during that month.
1.7 Entry is automatic upon the Promoter’s receipt of a completed survey submission. No additional action is required.
1.8 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
1.9 Incomplete, duplicate, automated or otherwise invalid survey submissions may be deemed ineligible at the Promoter’s discretion.
1.10 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, corrupted or unreceived survey submissions, including delays caused by technical issues or third-party survey platforms.
1.11 Each eligible completed survey may only be entered into one (1) monthly prize draw. Entries will not be carried forward or re-entered into future monthly prize draws once the relevant monthly draw has been conducted.
2. Prizes
2.1 One (1) winner will be drawn each calendar month during the Promotion Period.
2.2 The winner will receive one (1) $250 AUD Visa Gift Card.
2.3 The prize will be delivered electronically using the contact details provided with the survey submission.
2.4 The total prize pool for the Promotion Period is $3,000 AUD, comprising twelve (12) $250 Visa Gift Cards.
2.5 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
2.6 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if required.
3. Prize Draw
3.1 One (1) winner will be drawn for each calendar month during the Promotion Period.
3.2 Each monthly prize draw will take place at 10:00am AWST on the first Friday of the following calendar month (or, where that Friday is a public holiday, the next business day) at La Vida Homes, 142 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA 6017.
3.3 The draw will be conducted electronically using a random selection process.
3.4 All eligible entries received during a calendar month will be included in that month’s prize draw only and will not roll over into subsequent monthly draws.
3.5 For the avoidance of doubt, the final monthly draw will include all eligible entries received between 12:00am AWST on 1 June 2027 and 11:59pm AWST on 30 June 2027, and will be conducted at 10:00am AWST on the first Friday of July 2027 (or, where that Friday is a public holiday, the next business day).
3.6 The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their survey submission within seven (7) days of the relevant monthly draw.
3.7 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter may conduct a redraw within seven (7) days of the expiry of the claim period at La Vida Homes, 142 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA 6017 using the same electronic random selection process.
3.8 The winner’s first name and suburb may be published on the Promoter’s website or social media channels, unless prohibited by law.
4. Privacy and Survey Responses
4.1 By entering the promotion, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner.
4.2 Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required for the administration of this promotion or as required by law.
4.3 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
4.4 Entry into the promotion is not dependent on the content, rating or score provided within the survey response.
4.5 All completed survey responses qualify equally for entry into the prize draw, regardless of whether feedback is positive, neutral or negative.
4.6 Survey responses will remain confidential and will not impact the participant’s customer experience or relationship with the Promoter.
5. Liability
5.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.
6. General
6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
